## What is Az Anthropometric?

Az Anthropometric te permite:

Realizar la antropometría del paciente y realizar la composición corporal del paciente

Además puedes tener en Excel el seguimiento de la composición corporal por paciente, o por grupo poblacional.
Contiene fórmulas predictivas para la estimación del GEB
Ajustar el requerimiento calórico y contemplar el desgaste calórico por entrenamiento
Te permite diseñar menús por equivalentes y automatizar los cálculos
Elaborar un plan de alimento, contabilizando los macronutrientes, micronutrientes y las porciones del paciente.
