Regardless, I still love the app and the Lucky Lounge. It’s scanned my tickets even if it took a little patience. I experienced an error this morning and had contacted customer support. They were quick to resolve the issue, which I greatly appreciated. ### 2/5 — Overly Complicated *2026-02-01, version 5.2.10* This is one of the worst state lottery apps I’ve experienced ands I’ve use around six. Way too complicated to get to information on any game, whether that be draw or scratcher. And as I write this, the ticker scanner has been down fire days. ### 2/5 — Never works *2026-01-06, version 5.2.8* What is going on with this app every time I try and scan it on my iPhone it tells me it's out of order. I can’t no longer scan my tickets. I decided to delete the app and redownloaded it thinking that will work. Now I can no longer login. I loved this app but if it’s going to be difficult like this, then I rather delete this app permanently. I can’t even report it on the link that the AZ Lottery on Messenger sent me because that link is no longer in service. ### 2/5 — Sign In Problems *2025-10-08, version 5.2.7* Every single day, without fail, I try to log in and I get a sign in error. You can’t buy tickets online, the barcode scanner rarely works or is even accurate, and the ‘how to play’ tab on any game just says ‘visit the website’. Awful awful AWFUL!!! ### 1/5 — Spins *2026-04-19, version 5.2.12* When I go to login to the app the circle just keeps spinning and doesn’t allow me to click on the sign button and it’s been doing this for like two weeks. I’ve deleted the app reinstalled it. Nothing works. Turn my phone off. Turn it on. Nothing works. This app is garbage. ### 1/5 — Why Player’s Club Code is Invalid? *2026-03-14, version 5.2.11* I ordered a The Pick ticket on Jackpocket app. The Arizona Player’s Club Entry Code I copied from the ticket to enter Arizona Lottery app for second chance, it shows the code on the ticket is invalid. Is it a fake ticket that vendor uploaded to my Jackpocket account, or just your app has problem? I gave both apps 1 star. ### 1/5 — Lucky lounge *2026-02-20, version 5.2.11* The lucky lounge games that lets you enter for free has flaws with the captcha. You select the appropriate pictures and it just keeps going and never lets you proceed then when you select the sound alternate it says try again later. First, my account was deactivated for some odd reason and had to create a new account with a different email. Then, the systems scanner went down for what seems like since downloading the updated version with my NEW email. All the money that comes in routinely and not enough is left over for your IT department?
