## What is Azad HRMS?

Azad is the employee and manager app for the Azad HR system your company uses. Clock in, request leave, see your payslip and approve your team's requests — from your phone, in Arabic or English.

For employees:
• Clock in and out from your phone with location check; works offline and sends the punch when you are back online
• Leave balances and leave requests with days and remaining balance calculated before you send
• Attendance month by month: presence, lateness and hours
• Detailed payslips for every month
• Your employee file: HR decisions, custody, medical insurance, training, reviews and goals
• Instant notifications for requests, approvals and announcements
• Shift swaps with colleagues, HR requests, and an AI assistant when your company enables it

For managers:
• Approvals in your pocket: approve or decline with a clear reason
• Your team today: who is in, late or on leave
• Monthly attendance sign-off, onboarding and offboarding tasks, interviews and team reports

The app needs an account created for you by your company's HR department. Location and camera are used only at the moment of clocking in, according to your company's policy.
