The app is easy to use with a clean, user-friendly interface. Booking flights is quick and convenient, and paying with Apple Pay is seamless. However, the AZAL Miles icon is currently not working, so I can’t access my mileage information through the app. Once this issue is fixed, the app will provide an even better experience.

Absolute disappointment with AZAL! This is not the first, or even the second time this has happened. They sell tickets months in advance, collect passengers' money, and then quietly cancel flights a couple of weeks before departure, leaving you with just a cold email. No SMS alerts, and the app status shows "OK" until the very last moment. People miss their job contracts and critical deadlines, having to buy new tickets from other airlines at triple the price! If you can't guarantee the flight, DON'T SELL tickets at all. Terrible management and zero respect for passengers.

4. İletişim ilgili seçme butonu çalışmıyor! Tekrardan 2. Yada 3. Seferden sonra ilgili kişiyi seçerek ancak bilet alabiliyorsun. 
5. Bu programı yapan Arkadaşlar dersine iyi çalışmamış. Rakiplerini incelemeyerek geçici bir çözüm olarak siteyi hazırlamış.

Приложение такое же, как сами авиалинии и их условия.  Еле-еле удалось внести информацию, в процессе возникало куча ошибок. Кое-как удалось дойти до этапа платежа, и все. Приложение ловит ошибку по всем методам оплаты и в итоге вся внесенная мною информация сбрасывается. Один из худших опытов в моей жизни. Приложение - которое ломает конверсию на последнем, самом важном этапе воронки.
