I have been a bridesmaid in many weddings that have had color and fabric requirements from Azazie and then the bridesmaids can chose any dress. I think it would be brilliant to add AI integration where a bridesmaid can upload the bride’s dress, bridesmaid dress color & fabric, then receive recommendations on styles that match. I chose the full amount to my card option. However, I received all of it on a gift card and they said they can’t change it now. I would expect more from a brand that makes wedding dresses. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dresses the selection and especially the customer service. I ended up keeping two dresses and the return process for the others was incredibly easy. My refunds were processed without any hassle which made the whole experience so much better. If you are hesitating about ordering from Azazie because it’s an online company, I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
