Scammed my money. And the next time it doesn’t update the money I paid for a product and my money is gone. No support nothing. I did my payment and later when I entered the code it’s displaying network issue .I want my money back ### 1/5 — Network error *2022-10-03, version 2.2* Worst vendor machine it will not work properly many times my friends has lost the money in it ### 1/5 — Robbing machine *2022-10-03, version 2.2* After making the payment, the order code doesn’t work. And without delivering the products the machine changes the status as delivered. There is no response from support and no refund. But I’m sitting with two orders which I never got items for, and I’ve got no response for them. Once the door never opened, and the other time the item itself was missing in the kiosk. 🤨 It’s been a week for one of them and been 3 days for the other since I raised the support request through the app. I’m unsure if that’s how support should be working, or is this the expected level of support from the developer. Unless the issues are resolved, don’t expect me to give any better rating ### 1/5 — Worthless app.. Worst user experience *2022-07-28, version 2.2* Worthless interface and worst user experience ### 1/5 — This is fraud *2022-05-17, version 2.2* The kiosk never opened for both my orders. I ordered the second time because I thought I made a mistake the first time. There is no mechanism for fault handling on the kiosk. No response yet to my request for help on the app. The kiosk and app mechanism itself is also very cumbersome. The kiosk can’t be identified directly via a number or QR code but has to be selected from a drop down list. ### 1/5 — OTP *2022-03-30, version 2.2* iOS user not receiving OTP and therefore the the app is useless. ### 1/5 — iOS Users not able to Signup - No OTP delivered *2022-03-07, version 2.2* It looks like alternate way of signup through email OTP must be ensured. Currently no OTPs generated when iOS user is trying to register for the first time. OTP is not sent as text to phone inspite of many hours. ### 1/5 — FACK APP *2020-11-27, version 2.0* This app is Fack company take your money but don’t give your product code . FULLY FACK APP ### 1/5 — Totally disappointed *2020-10-21, version 1.9* In the name of emergency, this is worst. They keep the expired items. Never update the stocks. The surprising part is that they don’t have the word “refund” in their dictionary. The doors won’t open but it will show that items have been delivered. And if you pay again and take the item of your previous transaction, they will call you and tell you to pay for that too because we have ‘stole’ it. They threaten by saying we have video footage. What about all the money for which I did not get my stuffs. Refund no no they won’t even entertain these queries. They will do their level best to get more money but they won’t reciprocate the same if our money get stuck. I would recommend to go for other apps. ### 1/5 — Horrible service, horrible Business model, horrible everything *2020-05-08, version 1.3* This is by far the worst system in place. No proper backend support. The vending machine is not refrigerated. The food is expired or stale. The items are not changed or updated regularly. The snack feature is a joke and they DO NOT HONOUR REQUESTS. The products are ridiculously overpriced. The machine itself does not work properly, doors do not open or close properly. If the door closes before you pick up your order properly you’re screwed because they won’t refund you or address your issue. For something meant for an emergency it is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Sub standard everything. This business won’t last. They have neither quality nor proper service. You’d be better off starving. ### 1/5 — Selling high margin junk food at MRP *2019-12-09, version 1.3* Most of the items they sell through their kiosks can be found at the Buy One Get One or 50% off shelves in the supermarkets. For example, they sell Yoga Bar at 125 MRP. This same bar is available at 50% price at Star Market. Also found instances of them selling expired items, near expiry items. Snack Request feature is a farce, they never entertain any requests. In case you report a problem with any item, they won’t acknowledge the issue and just send an umbrella mail covering the actual issue with the food product. The dispenser does not work and there is no refund for the money lost. The help section is a joke. There is no tracking mechanism for raised tickets. They need email and phone number just to get a pack of chips. Even when couple of packs are available in the machine, app shows out of stock. Drinks are not chilled. Money gets deducted and order is not placed. What is the tech team even doing? Overall a garbage service and garbage app. ### 1/5 — Developers don’t care to fix on the bugs. *2024-03-27, version 2.2* There are hell lot of issues with this product. Most of the time there will be network issue. Other times doors won’t open. Yeah the refund comes but it comes in wallet. Which I try to spend next time again doors won’t open. Either give option to refund the money in my original source of payment or open that doors. ### 1/5 — Bad support *2024-02-08, version 2.2* One if the bad services, bought a cake, the code sent was wrong, but ended up in losing the money and no support at all. There is a link to raise support, but that does not help. You instead get a message that product was delivered.
