### 5/5 — Hmm…

*2026-08-04*

Update: Wow thank you for the quick response. The X shows up very clearly now.
Very nice looking app! Thanks again.

             —Original Review—

Looks like I can’t even test basic features and functions of the app without signing up for the 1 week free trial? I need to do that before buying because I use an iPhone SE which has a small display. There are some apps that are not compatible, with part of the app cut off of top & bottom of screen so I need to test. I tapped all over the pay screen on this app and looked for an X to close it but couldn’t make it go away. I won’t sign up for a 1 week free trial anymore because I did that once in the past and was somehow signed up for a year commitment. Don’t know if it’s a bug with Apple, I’ve seen other apps have reviews where it happened so who knows. It’s really hard to get a refund. Getting more into coherence and was interested in trying your app.

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and explaining your concern. Your experience is very important to us, and we completely understand why you would be hesitant to start another free trial.

You do not need to sign up for the trial to test Azora. The subscription screen can be dismissed by tapping the X in the top-right corner. Since you’re using an iPhone SE, it’s possible the X is difficult to see or positioned too close to the edge of the smaller screen. We’ll investigate this and make sure the app is easy to use across all supported devices.

Once the screen is closed, you’ll be able to explore the app and check that everything displays properly before deciding whether to subscribe.

We’re sorry for the confusion, and we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please let us know if you still cannot see the X, and we’ll help you resolve it.

Best,
Kevin
Azora
