## What is Azərişıq SOS?

Azərişıq SOS sistemi 2 tətbiq ( Abunəçi və Briqada ) və 1 idarəetmə panelindən ibarətdir. Abunəçilər elektrik şəbəkəsində yaranan problemlərini çağrı mərkəzinə zəng etmədən tətbiq vasitəsilə dərhal mərkəzə göndərə bilərlər. Sorğu göndərilərkən abunəçinin geolokasiyası, abunəçi kodu, şikayətin multimedia faylları, şikayət növləri (cərəyanın oynaması, elektrikin kəsilməs və s.) mərkəzə göndərilir. Operator daxil olan şikayət üçün məqsədəuyğun hesab etdiyi halda bilet açır və TM lokasiyasına uyğun olaraq briqada təyin edir. Bu sistem məlumatların qəbulu və idarə edilməsində zənglərin sayını azaldır və ən qısa müddətdə reaksiya verməyə kömək edir.
