Rarely displayed barcode. Has not been updated for a full year. Buggy and error prone. 
The arc IPHONE app is logging out every three days. Why does it not integrate with Face ID and Touch ID for security like other apps? That eliminates the need to type in a password

I hate this app. It’s literally the worst app I use. But you have to use it, it’s the only way to access the gym. It logs you out randomly. Won’t remember passwords. Won’t use Face ID. Won’t run well on old phones. You can literally be walking to the gym and have your bar code queued up. Then you come in the door, unlock your phone, and the app has logged you out. 

I use this app for one purpose only, just to get into the gym. It’s fails miserably at this basic task. 

This past weekend I came all the way over to the gym and it’s closed. I open the app to see if there’s any notice and sure enough, there’s a little in-app notification of the closure. How come it didn’t raise that notification to the phone? 

ARC is awesome. This app is garbage. Please fix it.

the gym employees are incompetent when it comes to keeping the app updated with current hours and classes.
many of the hours haven’t changed in over a year and this has led to a lot of confusion by people hoping to use certain machines or attend classes.

As others have mentioned, the UI is super cluttered and for some reason there’s this cheesy animation before you even get to the main screen. 

Secondly, the features that are personal to you, like group fitness registration, requires the app to pass authentication data to the ARC website, which means you need to enable activity tracking for the app. If you have “Allow apps to request to track” toggled off in your Security settings, the app is automatically denied (this is by design). However, even if you toggle the feature on, the app won’t ever attempt to ask for permission again — it’ll just give you an error message. 

So, you basically have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to have it ask you to track your activity so that you can register for group fitness classes on the app and other features that require your authentication data to be passed to their website.

The main function everyone uses on this app is getting into the gym. Why do I have to go past an incredibly slow animation to get to the barcode? Make it on the first page. And stop logging everyone out please. Its annoying after the 5th time in a month.
