No app, não aparece o botão para avançar, quando retorna na página anterior perde-se tudo que havia feito. Se coloca o programa de fidelidade, o app trava ! Já no site, para fazer o check in não aparece a opção de TSA pre, não aparece a opção do green card. Muito ruim. Muito atrasado. Em qualquer outra Cia aérea não tem esse problema. Isso sem falar de como resgatar um Crédito Azul. On-line é IMPOSSÍVEL. This is a Hugh inconvenience and loss of income. And it done with no consideration or compensation from Azul. I had a return trip of 15 hours with layover. Now I have a 24 trip with more than a 12 hour layover. This is unacceptable and a Hugh inconvenience and loss on my part only. Uma vez que o meu voo internacional foi de CNF a EWR. Na ida que foi de Newark para Confins com conexão em preço da mala foi de $100 USD na ida . Já na volta que deveria ser os mesmos $100 USD, a azul me cobrou exatamente o dobro . Isto é um roubo. Somos literalmente obrigados a viajar com malas compactas e as passagens só subindo de preço . Viajo para o Brasil de férias por 30/40 dias no mês de julho que é frio e calor ao mesmo tempo e não posso levar quase nada . Passport Scanning seems to work, but enters the dates wrong so one must delete the dates to enter manually, which might work if you’re lucky. I had to purposely enter the wrong date to force a different error than the error caused when scanning to finally get the confirm button to populate. This happened on two consecutive flights. Won’t accept foreign credit cards for various upcharges, and froze our itinerary when we were accused for “failure to pay” baggage fees. Almost missed our flight when we were checking in. Web based program is no better.
