From tenant scouting to providing complete assistance in managing the property, Azuro takes care of all the needs of a house-owner.
We help the house-owners by automating and streamlining the process of managing the property using technology.
In addition to the above services, we also help tenants in finding their dream homes without brokerage and assist them in paperwork, house maintenance and the Move-in/Move-out process.

Marketing: With the help of our online listing partners, corporate channels, and our extensive network of local agents, we can help you find tenants instantly.
Locality Expertise: Our tenant finding team possesses location-based expertise and deep insights into the locality. They study every property in detail to identify what are the key stand out points in the property as compared to any other house in the locality. This ensures swift closures.
Rent Estimation: Setting the right expectation of rental price is critical in finding a tenant for the property. Our data-driven rent estimation engine based on real-time registration data helps in zeroing down on the optimal rent of the property.
Background Checks
Identity Verification: We verify the identity documents of the tenant from the respective issuing authorities.
Court Records:  We find it out for you if there is any past case related to the prospective tenant in any of the civilian or criminal courts.
Property Maintenance
Periodic Inspections: Our team conducts periodic inspections of your property during the tenure. We share detailed and easy to understand reports with you.

### 1/5 — Never received deposit amount

We have still not received our deposit amount, property manager Mahima never receive calls when we ask for our deposit amount she just keeps saying “You will get your amount” but even after chasing we have not received our deposit. They will keep sending notifications for paying rent on time but when it comes to give back our money they don’t receive phones and not reply. Please improve your service or reconsider whom you are hiring as PROPERTY MANAGER

I had a great experience with the property management team while moving into my rented apartment. Hitesh Tiwari, Rohit Prajapati, and Harish Goswami were extremely helpful throughout the process. They handled all the joining formalities efficiently and ensured everything was smooth and hassle-free. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and support made the entire move-in experience seamless. Highly recommended!

If you could avoid Azuro then please do so. Extremely incompetent people specifically Prakash and Mamta. I kept chasing them non stop to fix issues in my apartment, they did no respond, did not do their work and did not follow up at all. SAVE YOURSELF DONT USE THIS PLATFORM.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Ritik Sonawane from Azuro Rent Platform. He has been extremely helpful, sincere, and cooperative throughout my experience.

In one particular case, a tenant provided by Azuro vacated the property after the lock-in period and refused to pay the electricity and PNG bills. During this difficult situation, Ritik personally supported me a lot. He consistently followed up on the matter and was always available whenever assistance was needed.

What I truly admire about him is his professionalism and balanced approach towards both tenants and property owners. He handles issues with great responsibility and dedication.

In my opinion, he is one of the most professionally trained and dependable people at Azuro. I sincerely wish him great success in his future endeavors.

Vivek and Avinash are highly unprofessional and misleading. They make false promises just to secure the token amount, but once the deal is closed and payment is done, they become completely unresponsive and ignoring calls and messages.

They also misrepresent key details, like claiming amenities are free, only for you to find out after shifting that additional charges apply.

Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise against dealing with Azuro.
