He has been extremely helpful, sincere, and cooperative throughout my experience. In one particular case, a tenant provided by Azuro vacated the property after the lock-in period and refused to pay the electricity and PNG bills. During this difficult situation, Ritik personally supported me a lot. He consistently followed up on the matter and was always available whenever assistance was needed. What I truly admire about him is his professionalism and balanced approach towards both tenants and property owners. He handles issues with great responsibility and dedication. In my opinion, he is one of the most professionally trained and dependable people at Azuro. I sincerely wish him great success in his future endeavors. I can go as far as to say that they solve nothing and just add onto your work by being irksome middlemen. From misrepresentations of property related details, miscommunication/omission of crucial society related rules to a hassle induced rent payment experience on their app which doesn’t work often, your friendly neighbourhood broker provides much more smoother service, taking into account customer needs. ### 1/5 — Poor App *2022-07-03* The app is poorly designed and crashes frequently. There is also a need for allowing customers to manage their properties within the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Never received deposit amount *2026-08-02* We have still not received our deposit amount, property manager Mahima never receive calls when we ask for our deposit amount she just keeps saying “You will get your amount” but even after chasing we have not received our deposit. They will keep sending notifications for paying rent on time but when it comes to give back our money they don’t receive phones and not reply. Please improve your service or reconsider whom you are hiring as PROPERTY MANAGER ### 1/5 — Improper move in report *2026-07-28* Move in report is not satisfactory. Many areas of concern have not been included in the report. Extremely incompetent people specifically Prakash and Mamta. I kept chasing them non stop to fix issues in my apartment, they did no respond, did not do their work and did not follow up at all. They make false promises just to secure the token amount, but once the deal is closed and payment is done, they become completely unresponsive and ignoring calls and messages. They also misrepresent key details, like claiming amenities are free, only for you to find out after shifting that additional charges apply. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Their role is supposed to simplify communication and processes for both landlords and tenants, but instead they make everything unnecessarily complicated and stressful. There is constant mismanagement, poor coordination, and a complete lack of professionalism. Commitments are unclear, and follow-ups feel exhausting. Rather than easing the rental experience, their inefficiency only adds confusion and difficulty. The commitments they gave were completely misleading, and it now feels like we were assured things that were never intended to be delivered. Their property managers are consistently unresponsive and, at times, extremely arrogant. Every time we reached out for support, the attitude was dismissive, and there was absolutely no sense of responsibility or urgency. It genuinely feels like they do not care about their customers or what is happening within the properties they manage. The level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is shocking. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any service provider. Trust me guys don’t take any property from them they will just give you mental trauma specially in Hyderabad better to go with local brokers at least they don’t do fake claims . Poor Communication and Transparency *2024-08-29* I had a disappointing experience with Azuro. Due to miscommunication and misinformation from the property manager (agent from azuro), the property owner deducted an extra month's rent from my deposit without prior agreement. The lack of clear communication made the process stressful and frustrating. Azuro needs to improve its communication channels to ensure a fair experience for both tenants and owners. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional cheats, will hold your money indefinitely *2024-03-03* It’s been over a month since I vacated a property through Azuro. I was supposed to receive my security deposit within 15 days, but because of extremely unprofessional attitude from Azuro employees, my money has been stuck so far. Despite repeated reminders by having to call them, email them, they still come up with some new excuse as to why the money is stuck. I live in Pune and the property is in Mumbai. It is not possible to keep a close watch on the property given the different cities involved. This is where Azzuro really adds value. They manage my property, send me quarterly reports, collect and deposit rents and manage the documentation where required. And the fees they charge are comparable to the brokerage you would pay.
