We have tried to connect several times even tried reloading the app. Have reached out to support and no help. We received this error " [-1016]:Request failed: unacceptable content-type:text/plain". We have had the app and units for over a year and it rarely works but this is a new problem.

It’s a good idea for an app. Control your B Air A/C units remotely. Turn one on an hour before you come home and you arrive to a cooled home without wasting electricity all day. I love it! Only problem is this app doesn’t work. Otherwise the idea was great. Please let us know when you offer an update that actually allows the app to function. Unable to log in. All 8 of my neighbors with the same app: unable to log in.

The app to control the air conditioner units is awful. It’s impossible to keep the units connected with the app. This hasn’t worked for us consistently in 18 months.

No me permite hacer login. Error [-1016]. Elimine la app y volví a instalar y es el mismo problema. 
Ya tiene bastante tiempo y no he podido usar la app.
