I am however disappointed in the performance of the app. I constantly have to sign in anytime I’m switching between looking at diff movie availability. Somehow my points aren’t showing up for movies I have already seen. I really hope the developers realize soon enough their app is more than a little buggy. If it continues I may be inclined to go back to AMC ### 2/5 — Difficult … Not User Friendly *2026-07-17, version 5.3.28* When researching a movie to go see, this app requires you to “Verify” yourself every time you want to look at: 1. Same Movie, Same Theater Chain, Same location, Same Screen, Different time; 2. Same Movie, Same Theater Chain, Same location, Different screen; 3. Same Movie, Same Theater Chain, Different Theater location, Screen, time, ect 4. ect, etc, etc Every time you change something in your search for tickets, evening though you stayed within the same theater chain, you have to “Re-Verify” who you are. TOTAL B.S. Once you have signed into the app you should be able to navigate across the App, at lesst within the same Theater Chain, with constantly “Re-Verifying” Who You Are!!! I live about 10 minutes from 1 theater location and 15 min from a second, both same chain. The closer is my “Home Theater”. In a recent quest for tickets for a movie shown on 5 screens across 2 Theater locations, same Theater chain, I had to “Re-Verify” myself 20 times. Then because I bought tickets for the “Non-Home Theater” the tickets did not show up in the Tickets section of my profile! What kind of I.T. Psyconerdopath wrote this App??? He obviously wrote for his convenience not the customers!!! The App should work for the customer and not require the customer to work for the App!!! ### 2/5 — Won’t link to website *2026-07-17, version 5.3.28* I like being able to order tickets but then afterwards if you want to check in it redirects you to the website. It just sits there no matter what I click on. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2026-06-26, version 5.3.28* I have the B&B app but when I go to buy movie tickets, it takes me to a completely different website where you make your purchase, which takes a while to get to the payment screen but when completed it does not take you back to the B&B app nor does the B&B app show your tickets that you just purchased. Then you have to go to your email to make sure that you get your confirmation and that’s where you’ll see your QR Code for the ticket you just purchased. Has to be one of the worst apps for purchasing movie tickets that I’ve come across. Wasted 30 minutes trying to buy tickets. ### 1/5 — This app just makes it harder to buy tickets *2026-06-08, version 5.3.28* If you go to the app to buy tickets, it will hold the seats for the next 15 min, but if something happens and your app closes (or you get called away) you can’t pick up where you left off. Instead, the tickets are still held for NO ONE since you can’t go back and buy them. There is also a $3+ fee for buying tickets for the movie with B&B Theater’s OWN APP, which is not there if you go to the theater. It’s like they are punishing you for using their app. You may as well use fandango. Finally, there is no way to check your earned reward points from the app. Whoever created this is doing a disservice to B&B theaters. All things being equal, it’s easier to go see the same movie somewhere else. ### 1/5 — What is the point of this app? *2026-06-06, version 5.3.28* Anything you click just opens up a web browser. You can’t login, buy tickets, view tickets, or do anything. It’s literally just a medium to take you to their website. Any review above one star has to be fake. I’m not able to see my ticket purchases, I have a credit that I can never use because I have to hunt it down on the website and why should I do that if I have THE APP. The current version doesn’t display this info and launches a browser to see it. We didn’t discover the mistake until we were at the theater and had already purchased about $40 in concessions. I later confirmed the issue with a screen recording showing the app consistently shifting the date forward by one day. I reported it to customer support, but the issue wasn’t resolved to my satisfaction. I went & was so surprised by the staff attention to my needs. I mentioned I could not finish a large refillable popcorn & if I took it home , it went stale! The manager said get one of our plastic bags to take leftovers home. Well Xavier met me at the end of movie with a ziploc bag full of fresh popcorn to take home! How did he remember me!
