You ring up and they will not tell you. So you waste fuel driving to the store/s only to find they don’t even stock items! I use Apple passwords too when I reset my password so I know when save it so I know that the password I am using is definitely correct and it still refuses to let me sign in, saying that my username and passwords don’t match their records, which makes no sense because how can they send me a password reset link in a email if my email and password are not on their records? Needed 5 more. Unfortunately, B&M do not have a facility to check store stock After friends and myself checked out Bideford, Cheltenham and Exeter stores with no luck I turned up at Tiverton. I found David, a very helpful employee who took the time to check stock in the warehouse where he found after moving 3 pallets - 8 boxes. You have no idea how happy I was as I had almost given up hope and conceded to return what I had to get my money back. But the main thing I like is the barcode scanner. Been running round the house to see how much I’ve wasted at other shops buying stuff. Also can’t wait until birthday/Christmas time and my mum tells me she’s spent a lot of money on my stuff so I best enjoy it. Only to get home and scan the barcode to find out she spent £3.99 at B&M.
