## What is B Gym?

B Gym is gevestigd in het gebouw van B. Amsterdam, de grootste startup community van Europa. Een relaxte en coole community in de oude toetsenbord fabriek van IBM.
Bij B Gym vinden wij dat een training nooit een vervelend karweitje moet zijn. Dus of je nou bij ons leert hoe je moet klappen en trappen in onze KICKBOKSLESSEN of helemaal losgaat als Rocky op de zak in onze bokszaktrainingen, je hebt gewoon een goeie tijd!
In onze Circuittrainingen gebruiken we de laatste technieken en materialen, indien deze effectief en leuk zijn. Niet omdat ze “Instacool” zijn. Wij kijken dus naar effectiviteit en fun factor. We hebben zelfs een glijbaan in onze gym om het extra leuk te houden. Kortom wij doen niet aan saai!
Dat vinden wij niet alleen, we hebben twee awards om het te bewijzen.
Zoals de GOAT Muhammad Ali al zei:
“It ain’t bragging if you can back
it up.”
