## What is B?

B-Habbits helps you cut back on habits like smoking and drinking — gently, privately, and without a shred of judgment.

The whole idea is that logging a use has to be effortless, or you just won't do it. So B-Habbits lets you log in a single tap from wherever you are:

• Apple Watch
• Siri and the app itself

No opening the app, no menus, no guilt.

WATCH YOUR PROGRESS, NOT YOUR FAILURES
See how long it's been since your last use, your 7-day trend, and roughly how much you've saved compared to your usual — all framed to encourage you, never to shame you. A gentle "clean time" counter and calm stats keep the focus on the direction you're heading.

A BUDDY IN YOUR CORNER
When a craving hits, an SOS breathing flow and a warm, supportive buddy help you ride it out. The buddy runs entirely on your device.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There are no accounts and no servers. Everything you log stays on your device. No analytics, no ads, no tracking — ever. Export your data to CSV or erase everything, anytime.

Tracking of other substances is off by default and fully opt-in.
