Always lose the call when I try transferring. This has to be fixed. ### 2/5 — Not so great *2024-07-10* I only use the app for my remote days for work. I find my self having to uninstall and install the app multiple times every time it’s not working properly. Issues I’ve experienced have been calls not coming through and not being able to click the buttons on the screen. I wouldn’t have this app if it wasn’t for work. ### 1/5 — No time log? Incoming calls drop *2023-07-22* It no longer tracks the minutes of your call. That makes it hard to record billables to clients. Also all incoming calls drop when I answer it. I went through every one and changed some settings, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked, and I still have 600 notifications even though I have no missed calls or texts or voicemails. I even went through and deleted full text chains. The notifications went down by one, but next time I went back to the home screen it was back up to 600. I called support and apparently this is a problem for a lot of people. Please fix this! ### 1/5 — Slow and Complex UI/UX *2023-07-09, version 1.1.17* b-hive is better then this one. ### 2/5 — Mobile App review *2023-03-21* Mobile app extremely lacking in common sense functionality. Can’t click on a voice mail to return a call. Calls that go to voice mail don’t show up in call log. My missed call log shows one single call from a month ago despite many missed calls. The call log is a total disaster on the mobile app. No rhyme or reason as to when or which calls will show up in the log. I’ve called in to tech support, questioning if they are capable of or even intend on addressing some of these major deficiencies. Maybe they aren’t interested in business models that rely on a functioning mobile access phone system. I’m currently shopping for a different vendor. ### 4/5 — Technical Resource *2023-03-08* The application already provides all of your basic feature functionality and Broadvoice continues to add additional feature and functionality on a regular basis. It provides a great user experience. This is a game changer! Never works. I have to constantly delete and redownload. I have to constantly close the app and reopen for each individual voicemail. I have contacted support for b-hive several times and have had no resolution of this issue. We can receive incoming texts but we can’t send out so we’re to give out out personal phone numbers if we want to text with clients and vendors. It will not log me in. I’m not receiving phone calls and cannot use it when I work from home. All of the missed calls from the previous user of my extension are now my missed calls. Outgoing calls are also flagged as missed calls.
