### 1/5 — Cannot receive calls

I can call ppl, but all incoming calls get rejected, including internal extension to extension calls. Would be nice if you can create a separate contacts list in the app instead of syncing your phone’s contact list. I’m not going to give access to my personal contacts or use app to contact.  This is strict for work related calls only.

I have over 250 texts that can’t be deleted, every time I delete the texts, they reappear, please fix.

The app would be very good except for the poor sound quality.  I would really like to call clients from my work number rather than my mobile, but the sound quality on this app is poor so I often have to use my other number, which I would rather not share with clients.

When using this ap my iPhone XS gets really hot. Not enough to burn but noticeably hot to the point I worry it will destroy the phone.  
I like the ap. 
It sometimes has an echo though when calling and there is a little delay in the speech transmission where your brain knows and other party talks over you sometimes. This is a very subtle problem. 
It needs a little work but going in right direction.

As a small business owner, I can’t afford to miss business calls. B-Hive allows me to take my business calls over my cell phone. And thanks to the app I always know when it’s a business call versus a personal call. That way we always show a professional image to our clients. No more, “Hello. Oh yes this is a business number. Sorry. “ Now my clients get the same professional experience every time.
