It says invalid address. You can’t proceed without address. So don’t waste your time ### 1/5 — Absurd... *2018-04-08* “b Informed”? Too clever by half. Too clever to use the name Blacktown? Won’t even show up on a search on iPhone using “Blacktown”. What’s wrong with the Blacktown logo that is familiar to all residents? Then the user might be able to recognise the icon. Many people have hundreds of apps on their phones. They’re supposed to remember your oh-so-clever one-off name for the app? Aldi uses Aldi. Bunnings uses Bunnings. Service NSW uses Service NSW. Coles uses Coles. Etc. If the council is so ashamed of its name, change it to “b Informed Council”. ### 3/5 — Fantastic app *2024-08-23* Surely a fantastic app to have as it makes life so much easier to contact the council for small matters like a missed collection, book a collection or repair a bin! Most of all you can check your bin collection day if you are not sure when the yellow lid bin will be collected since this happens fortnightly and sometimes we can forget! Great initiative introducing this app and looking forward to more features being added. ### 4/5 — Informative *2026-08-09, version 1.6* Excellent use of this app ### 4/5 — Useful *2026-03-10, version 1.6* Nice to have it ### 4/5 — General feedback *2026-01-24, version 1.6* Very useful app. Booking a household clean up is easy. Looking up various items and how to dispose is very informative too, though it takes some time to load. ### 4/5 — Super easy *2025-12-21, version 1.6* So easy to use for booking cleanups and getting reminders ### 4/5 — Earn points *2025-11-30, version 1.6* It’s a good system to earn points for doing the right thing for the community ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — B informed amazing *2026-09-19, version 1.6* Terrific Idea that Blacktown council had gives you great ideas on what recycle reuse and where to take it ### 5/5 — Very useful app! *2026-09-08, version 1.6* Very useful app! ### 5/5 — Handy app! *2026-08-21, version 1.6* Great app to remind me when is yellow bin collection night, plus whenever I’m in doubt if something should go to a recycle yellow bin or not I would check it on ‘b informed’ app. Great job! ### 5/5 — Bin *2026-06-18, version 1.6* Very useful and helpful ### 5/5 — User friendly *2026-06-17, version 1.6* As a blacktown council resident, this app has been helpful and user friendly to me and it is a straight forward application that would easily help you to find and do your list. you will also be informed with the events and clean up operations you would need to know! ### 5/5 — Fantastic *2026-05-21, version 1.6* Great app to remind you of what bins to put out on bin night. ### 5/5 — So helpful! *2026-05-16, version 1.6* On bin nights I always relied on looking at which bins the neighbours took out.
