The style of everything is modern and clean. The approach is given in a captivating way Makes you want to dive deeper into other courses or other sections of the app. The information given is applicable, so you can apply them in your life! Which will help you start to feel changes, see results and progress in your walk with or towards God. I have countless Emails to support with no resolution. It’s a simple fix. Correct my email account on the B-side so it synchs up but the app profile will not let me make the change myself. I am Frustrated that IT hasn’t helped. Each email is to/from the same person and I keep getting asked what the problem is. I’ve sent screen shots showing him the conflict in my profile and still no support. Tim Ross is amazing however the support for the app IS NOT ### 1/5 — Rise up Judah! *2024-03-29, version 1.5.3* 😫yyoooo, This app grieves my soul. I couldn’t watch a whole interview, short, story, etc without cringing. I truly gave it a shot, heard them out and clicked everything there was to navigate. It defiantly was worldy and not giving God his glory. I stand up for righteousness and won’t stay silent on behalf of America, this nation under God, the ekklessia, the called out ones, his chosen peculiar people. Theres a dying world out there and this won’t bring them to salvation. We are ether HOT OR COLD. There’s only one issue I have. There is no way to easily get back to what you were watching last. I learned the hard way assuming it would be similar to Spotify. I had to scroll to find and bookmark the episode that I’m watching in order to find where I left off under my profile favorites. It’s hard to consume multiple shows or classes without a home page of your latest activity or an in app memory reference. As a young women in her 20’s Tim Ross has helped me a lot so when he announced the B-Side app I was excited. I decided that I was going to buy a subscription. But soon after I did this the app stopped working. It kept telling me there was error. I tried updating the app and I still had the same issue. So I decided to cancel my plan. I still support Tim Ross and everything he does. I can’t wait til this bug is fix so I can renew my subscription!! ### 4/5 — Food for Thought *2023-11-08, version 1.2.0* I downloaded this app because I love watching The Basement with Tim Ross, and I have learned so much about God (through Tim/others)! The app is easy to navigate and has a lot of amazing content! With this, and more, I believe it has the potential to grow exceedingly and reach many people. However, almost, all the videos on this app are behind a paywall. And I think it’s a shame that people who are in challenging situations financially, or have already watched The Basement, no longer have access to this. I believe there is good reason for implementing these costs, but I think it would have been fair to have some free episodes and possibly charge for the courses/conversations. The audience built here stemmed from free platforms, my assumption, so I think there needs to be some sort of balance with the charges/changes. Through watching The Basement, I willingly invested in some of the courses on this app, for my development - when it was on another platform. I only did this because of the free content I received initially (and I could afford it at the time). If I didn’t have that opportunity, I wouldn't have learned/been able to discern that Tim and his team are reliable sources, who solely teach/speak on what’s written - God’s word. I’ve noticed a few other mention this as well, but I’d love a continue watching tab. I love that I can see the progress on episodes I’ve started before, but it takes a long time to go back to the early eps and find where I left off. I also saw someone mention if they could be broke down into seasons or themes that would be so dope. I also use YouTube TV and just being able to double tap on the left or right side to scroll ahead in 10-15 second intervals I great.
