## What is B?

For vinyl lovers with a curated MP3 library.

B-Side turns the folders of MP3s you've collected into records. Choose a folder in iCloud Drive or on your device, and every folder of MP3s inside it becomes a record on your shelf: pick one, and the tonearm swings across, the needle drops and the side plays through in order, like a side of vinyl.

BUILT FOR IPHONE DUO
Open your iPhone Duo like a book and B-Side becomes a turntable on the table. Your records stand up on the top screen; the deck lies on the bottom half, right under your fingers. Pick a record above the fold, then scratch, brake and pitch it below.

THREE TURNTABLES
• Classic: a spinning record over the track, its artwork and the controls.
• Retro Deck: a photo-real DJ turntable with a working power knob, start/stop, 33 and 45, a pitch fader with quartz lock, strobe dots, a target light and a cue lever.
• Modern Deck: a minimal black deck with a slim tonearm that's always ready to play.
Your records sit above the decks, so the next record is always one tap away.

PLAY IT LIKE A RECORD
• Put a finger on the record to scratch, nudge or hold it, in either direction.
• Flick it to spin it on; let go and the motor brings it back up to speed.
• Pause runs the platter down like a real brake; Play spins it back up.
• Pitch the music up or down by 8%.
• Add vinyl crackle, from quiet surface noise to a well-loved record, generated live and slowing with the platter.
• Turn on Auto and the arm moves on to the next record by itself.

MADE FOR YOUR COLLECTION
• Reads your MP3s' tags and artwork; each folder's cover goes on its sleeve.
• Plays straight from iCloud Drive, downloading the next tracks ahead of time.
• Remembers where you were in every record.
• Notices when you retag or replace a file and reads it again.
• Plays in the background, with lock screen and Control Centre controls and AirPlay.

WIDGETS
• Now Playing widgets for the Home Screen, with the record turning.
• Lock Screen widgets, and a Control Centre play/pause button.

ON EVERY SCREEN
• iPhone Duo in book mode, iPhone in portrait, iPad in any orientation with a wall of record sleeves, and Mac with Apple silicon.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
B-Side has no accounts, no ads, no tracking and no analytics. It collects nothing: your music and your library stay on your device and in your iCloud Drive.

B-Side plays MP3 files you already have. It doesn't sell music.
