The app works fine. The expensive BFR bands do not work well and leak. Customer support is less than helpful. Buy another product I suggest

The BFR bands are great, but the app could use some refining. Don’t let this steer you away from buying BFR bands, though! They are a phenomenal workout!

I’ve been using my B Strong bands for about two months now and absolutely love what they have done for my body. The original “app” I used suddenly stopped working and I knew this must mean the new app was ready to download. I wish there would have been a grace period with the old app still working until being able to peruse the new app and study the workout options. I’m sure once the kinks are worked out, this will be my new favorite app. Ask me to review it again in a month or two and I’ll be able to give better feedback.
