After download the app, I noticed I’ve been deducted £14.99, immediately I contacted Apple but doesn’t let me have the refund.

We are so sorry for your experience. However, this is the paid app and obviously you need to pay to use the app. The description is clear and there is no hidden charge of the app to be aware.

Terrible app does not have any tests

We are truly sorry for your experiences. The app is based on the format exam of Trinity which is included 2 parts: 

Part I/ Topic Task
You will choose a topic to prepare in advance of the test, for discussion with the examiner.
You must complete a Topic Form in advance and bring it with you to the exam.
Here is an example of a completed Topic Form. 
=> In the app, we provided plenty of samples for your uses

Part II/ Conversation Task
You will have a short conversation with the examiner about two subject areas chosen by the examiner.
To help you prepare for your B1 GESE Grade 5, this app provided questions and answers cover 6 different topics and the examiner will ask you randomly about 2 topics

The app helps so many learners to have ideas for their preparation and success. Hope this helps.

I downloaded this app and study English to apply visa to remain in the UK. It is very helpful. There are so many topics speaking, questions and answers.... I passed my exam yesterday. Thank you so much for an amazing application ❤
