I have done all the troubleshooting I can think of semicolon unplugging replug in the dash cam, uninstalling and reinstalling the application, forgetting the Wi-Fi network and reconnecting to it, turning my phone on and off, clearing the cache and RAM of my phone, turning off the data on my phone so it can only use the Wi-Fi, placing my phone or airplane mode, and leaving the device disconnected for a various periods of time. Just placed it in my 3rd vehicle and it always works. Basically you need to: 1) plug and and ensure LED light is on full green with beep 2) find the device from your phone’s WiFi and connect 3) go to app it should now connect (close and open again if issues) 4) hit reconfigure card with the options on the app to get this to work 5) should be good to go ### 4/5 — Top App *2020-05-20* Die App lief super zuverlässig auf meinem Iphone X, nun bin ich auf das Iphone 11 umgestiegen und muss leider feststellen das die Aufnahmen nach dem abspeichern ruckeln. Beim abspielen von der SD Karte auf dem PC läuft es flüssig. Heißt die Aufnahme ist i.O.
