First update for the upcoming winter season. Further update will probably be necessary if the CCI gets updated.
Update includes:-
     Holdover times now reflect the latest FAA holdover guidance tables, with this section receiving a minor format change.
     Cold weather temperature corrections are now rounded up to the nearest 10, so they should now match results from the LIDO correction tool.
     RNP Y 08 approach has been renamed RNP Visual V 08.
     Link to weather data has been updated.
