Customers only need to register their identity and verify their identity electronically (e-KYC), they will be able to apply for BAAC Mobile service immediately.

สแกนหน้าไม่ผ่านตลอดเลย ทำให้ดีกว่านี้ได้ไหม โทรศัพท์ก็ใช้รุ่นใหม่ อัปเดทแอปแล้ว ของธนาคารอื่นไม่เห็นมีปัญหา พัฒนาหน่อยนะคะ มีกำไรเยอะจากดอกเบี้ยเกษตรกรนำมาใช้หน่อย

ไผเปิดบัญชีมาปีนึงแล้วค่ะ คิดปค่มาสแกนหน้า สแกนไม่ติดสักทีงงมาก ไม่เหมือนธนาคารอื่นเลย ให้หันซ้ายหันขวา หันออกกรอบแค่เดียวไม่ผ่าน  แล้วก็ขึ้นสีแดง หน้าก้ม ห้ามเงยเกินไป  แล้วออกไปก้มเงยช้าๆทำไม  บอกให้กระพริบตาช้า บอกให้ยิ้มเห็นฟัน  พอทำก็ขึ้นสีแดงอีก ทำจนครบ5รอบจนระบบล๊อก แล้วบอกให้ไปติดต่อธนาคารอีก ถ้าว่างขนาดนั้นคงไม่มานั่งสแกนหน้ายืนยันตัวตนที่บ้านค่ะ ควรทำให้ดีกว่านี้นะคะ ไม่ทราบว่าคนอื่นเป็นยังไง ทำง่ายขนาดไหน แต่ทางนี้เปิดมาปีนึงแล้วยังใช้แอพไม่ได้เลย เงินก็ต้องอยู่ในนั้นหลายร้อย เปิดมายังไม่ได้ใช้เงินเลย

คือไปติดต่อธนาคารแล้วว่าเข้าแอพไม่ได้เพราะเปลี่ยนโทรศัพท์ หลังจากนั้นก็กรอกข้อมูลเข้าปกติ พอกรอกแล้วมันขึ้นว่าขออภัย ก็บอกให้กลับมาทำเองที่บ้านไม่ต้องไปธนาคารอีก คือคุณยังไม่รู้สาเหตุที่แน่ชัดเลยว่าทำไมมันถึงเข้าแอพไม่ได้ ที่เข้าไม่ได้เพราะมันให้สร้างรหัสลับกับธนาคาร แต่ธนาคารบอกไม่ต้องไปอีกให้ทำที่บ้าน แล้วมันจะเข้าแอพได้ชาติไหน
