## What is Ba'am?

Ba'am (בע"מ) is Israel's dedicated marketplace for buying and selling
registered limited-liability companies (חברות בע"מ).

Whether you're an entrepreneur looking to acquire an existing LLC with history,
a business owner ready to exit, or an advisor representing clients - Ba'am
connects buyers and sellers in one focused, moderated platform.

HOW IT WORKS
• Sellers publish a listing for their company: type, industry classification,
  region, year founded, asking price, and up to 5 photos.
• Every listing goes through admin review before going live — keeping the
  marketplace trustworthy.
• Buyers browse, filter, and search by classification, company type, price
  range, region, and activity status.
• When a buyer finds a match they can reveal the seller's phone number (calls
  are forwarded through a virtual number to protect privacy) or send an
  anonymous contact request.
• Sellers manage everything from "My Listings": pending, active, sold, and
  rejected listings in one place.
