The redemption process is entirely too long to approve and release funds. There are many other apps that release in at least 24 hours. Having to wait days on end to receive a redemption is unacceptable when it takes 5 seconds to pull money from an account when it’s being added to play. That time increases with each redemption up to the entire 10 business days. Customer supports answers quickly, but only tells you they have the 10 days. It went from a Social Casino with sc that could be redeemed for real money to some weird fake casino with no SC, and the other casino that still had my money in it disappeared. No update, no notice, just gone. I’m a little confused. They failed to process my redemption through the promised instant bank transfer even after more than 10 business days, then my account became geo-blocked. After that, they used a duplicate account that was created afterward as the basis for withholding my remaining winnings, despite the redemption request already being pending. I found their handling of my case to be unfair, inconsistent, and lacking transparency, and customer support failed to provide a reasonable resolution. Did not like this app in the beginning because could never win anything so I rarely used it. But at some point I decided to give it another try figuring it would get better after I played more and it did.q I played it for quite a while and never had an issue until I actually won an amount I wanted to cash out. Of course the true colors came out. I contacted the support team after I submitted my request just for clarification of timeframe and they responded. I made a couple more contacts with them in between that time and they responded each time. While I was waiting for my money, I made a few more purchases with no problem. Two days before I was supposed to receive my money, they sent me an email between 1 and 2 am saying it was denied due to duplicate accounts. I immediately responded telling them that has to be an error and requested some kind of proof. I also asked why this was never mentioned until I wanted to cash out but never when I made purchases. Not one message I sent was been responded to and I never got paid. They are liars and especially when they tell you if you feel they made a mistake you can contact them. I WANT MY MONEY THE SAME WAY YOU HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MINE!
