The way this is set up is not using universal design it’s rather cumbersome to use

sorry but this app is not it... i was hoping that we would get her old workouts because they would get me snatch... but it is not the case... not only is programs nothing like the old workouts... they are boring by doing the same moves each week no progression no real
follow along options... and do not get you snatched... i already cancelled my subscription and just waiting until my year runs out... save your money and time and find another option

The new program is good for those that are already on a level. The workouts are way too long and aren’t engaging because Brittne is no longer doing the exercises with us. I don’t like the new format and I haven’t been able to get through the challenges. What happened to the modifications. I’m disappointed but I’m going to renew for next your in hopes that she’ll remake our old workouts and add those.
