I used this app 2 years ago, and came back now, and practically nothing has changed. Please consider adding an integration feature to calendar so booked classes are on the phone calendar. Then your cancellation policy needs to be clearly prompted somewhere like “if you cancel this, your session will still be deducted” instead of immediately deducting it. ### 5/5 — This is the best things ever happened on earth *2024-08-19, version 1.22.7* This is the best things ever happened on earth ### 2/5 — Enhancing Transparency: A Review on Improving App Cancellation Policies *2024-02-05, version 1.22.7* I suggest adding a feature to the app that reflects the cancellation policy more prominently. Many users, like myself, might not be aware of the policy buried in the website. By implementing a feature that clearly prompts users about the deduction of credits for cancellations made within 12 or 24 hours, everyone will have a better understanding and won't feel blindsided. ### 4/5 — “Add to Calendar” option please *2023-10-24* Would be perfect if it could sync all the classes booked to calendar. Really annoying we lost that feature. ### 1/5 — Not so perfect afterall 🙄 *2023-08-08, version 1.21.0* After the 1.21.0 release, 1) dashboard points were all wiped out 2) not able to perform booking for PT 3) check in activities time are not reflective Tried logout & login, uninstall & reinstall still behave with all above issues. ### 1/5 — No waitlist function, the previous Wellness app has more functionality *2023-07-30, version 1.20.6* The port over to this app from the Wellness app is worse - there are no indicators on which classes are open for booking as all classes will show up for the next few weeks but you cannot actually book it, hence no reminders on when the classes are available for booking. We also cannot see how many pax have signed up for the classes, and how many spots are left, leading to signing up as a Group for a preferred class difficult.
