## What is BabiBooks?

Babibooks is the application designed to manage your book collection and next purchases using your iPhone!
 
No more titles written on floating notes, no more duplicates!
 
In double-quick time you'll be able to query internet databases containing all published books and create your own collection!
 
Every title will be completed with information such as description, publisher, number of pages, price, cover, etc... and you can even add your personal opinion and complete missing information like cover, category, format and much more!
Moreover, with the same quick process, you may create your wish list that will be ready to be consulted whenever you want!
 
With BabiBooks, once you enter a book in your collection or wish list, no internet connection will be required to review all the recorded data, so you will be able to check all the information wherever you are!

BabiBooks let you share your book's information via email and Twitter.

Now using the BabiBooks Synch utility you can even backup and restore   your BabiBooks' Library to your computer (via WIFI), so you'll never loose your books' data.

### 1/5 — Don’t like the new version

I’ve been using and loving this app for years. In this new version the number of books for each author listed is gone along with the authors pictures. (I used the number of books I read by an author as a quick way to identify an author I like when looking for a new book to read). Sometimes when I select an author no books are listed unless I keep tapping different headings and then they show up. All of the purchased dates if they’re shown are the same, Jan 17 or 18, 1970.

This is one of the most useful apps I have. As a low-end book collector I find it extremely useful in keeping up with what is in my library, including personal notes on the condition of each book. 

Stefan keeps the app up to date and I look forward to other improvements that I am confident he will make.

I really like this app and am hoping some upgrades will be made. I really need to list my authors by last name. Also, I'd be good to have a way to mark books read and loaned out and who they are loaned to.

I like the scan function, the database and wishlist are fine - but what's missing is the ability to keep track of books I've lent to other people. That's the main thing I want from a books app. Another one does have that facility, but not the scanning, making it so slow it's not worth using. 

The first app to combine barcode scanning with lending will get my 5*!

Got this app today for my Touch, really like it. Just a few mods would make it a great app, though. Sorting by title would be very handy, a tool to check the Internet for cover art would be nice and a means to inventory books out on loan and borrowed would be kinda nice. And as someone else suggested, a function to save info to the desktop would be very beneficial. Having said all this though, the app performs very smoothly and allows one to store a wealth of info on their library, I am very happy with it.

This is a great little app. Simple and straightforward way to catalogue and display your books. Nice design, easy to add books. On first loading though it could be improved by adding a manual option, this was added in an update version before I had time to write a review! Would be good to be able to mark a book as 'to read' especially if like me you have plenty stacked up. Overall 5 stars as it does the job.
