## What is Baby Blues?

We know that motherhood can be difficult and we’re here for you. 

Baby Blues is a free-to-use app that gives you the chance to track your mood and journal daily. You can check out your mood history tab to keep track of trends and patterns in your mood, allowing you to stay in control of your mental health. Don’t worry about notifications - we’ll send you a reminder once a day and you can choose when you’d like to be notified. 

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, or just the highs and lows of being a new mum - let Baby Blues be the place you go to clear your headspace and track your experience. Our app is here to be a calm space for you to breathe, reflect, and track. 

The journal is a space for you to write anything at all. You can use it to talk about your good and bad days, elaborate on the mood tags you selected, or just vent about parenting. We hope this is a change you can incorporate into your routine for the better. 

We’re thrilled to join you on this journey - Baby Blues is here to be your companion through pregnancy and motherhood.
