Had this for my daughter worked great for months then has now started glitching and flashing anytime the games accessed

Ich habe das Spiel für meine Tochter gekauft, es ist so ein schlechtes Spiel. Hatte eine Welt gekauft und am nächsten Tag war sie weg! Jetzt flackert das bild im Spiel nur noch! WANN ÄNDERT SICH DAS!

Seit einer Woche flackert das Bild in der App. da es nur in dieser App vorkommt und ich alle Updates aktuell habe, kann es ja nur an der App liegen. Ein Fix wäre schön. (ipad mini 6)

Reinste abzocke und weinende Kinder zuhause

Obwohl ich das gesamte kostenpflichtige Paket zusätzlich zur App erworben habe, sind die Käufe wieder weg, wenn man die App verlässt. Habe das zwar schon von anderen Nutzern gelesen, wundere mich jedoch, dass das Problem nach wie vor besteht! Für mich unverständlich! Möchte das Geld zurück haben!

We thought this paid for game would escape the usual trap of paywalls in front of lots of features but we’re wrong. Even the screenshots included in the app page aren’t included in the base price and new locations cost £2.99+.

I’d recommend avoiding, low quality content at a relatively high fee with additional in-app purchases.

Ich mag die App Meine kleine Schwester die erst drei Jahre alt ist liebt sie auch nur was ich irgendwie nicht so gut finde ist das etwas mit Geld kostet und das ist ein Spielplatz und etwas mit na Geburtstagsparty sonst hätten die ja auch sehr schön Spaß gemacht😆🤣

Update 21.06.2022: Nachdem mich der App-Support gebeten hat mich via Mail zu melden, tat ich es auch und wir haben gemeinsam eine Weg gefunden einen Workaround für dieses Problem zu finden. Das gelang uns auch und ich möchte mich hiermit für den sehr guten, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Support bedanken! Eigentlich finde ich diese App ganz okay und meine Tochter hat sie sich gewünscht. Nach dem Kauf über meinen Account habe ich ebenfalls sämtliche zur Verfügung stehende InApp-Käufe getätigt. Alles okay soweit. Ich finde es auch okay, dass man zusatzinhalte käuflich erwerben kann -solange es einmalig ist. Allerdings ärgere ich mich gewaltig, dass die Wiederherstellung der inApp-Käufe nicht funktioniert. Meine Tochter hat ein iPad erhalten und somit auch einen eigenen iCloud Account. Dieser ist über die Familienfreigabe an meinem Account angeschlossen. Die App lässt sich laden, aber die zusatzinhalte müssen nochmal gekauft werden. Das finde ich unmöglich und rate somit jedem, sich von dieser App zu distanzieren, solange das nicht geändert wird. Ein Unding. Ehrlich!!!
