## What is Baby Brief?

**Your babysitter shouldn't need a dozen texts to understand your child's routine.**

Baby Brief makes it easy to organize everything someone needs to know about caring for your child—from bedtime routines and favorite foods to allergies and emergency contacts. Create a reusable care guide, share it with one simple link, and stay connected while you're away.

**CREATE A CARE GUIDE FOR YOUR CHILD**

Keep everything a caregiver needs to know in one place with a reusable Care Card:

- Feeding, meals, and snacks
- Sleep schedules and bedtime routines
- Comfort items and calming techniques
- Allergies, medications, and safety instructions
- Emergency contacts and important information

Customize the details to fit your child and your family's routines.

**SHARE EVERYTHING WITH ONE LINK**

Heading out for date night? Leaving your child with grandparents? Preparing for a new babysitter?

Create a handoff, add any instructions specific to that day, and choose which details to share.

Send one private link. Caregivers can open it right in their browser—no app download or account required!

**STAY CONNECTED WHILE YOU'RE AWAY**

Get updates about meals, naps, diaper changes, and more. Caregivers can also send messages, keeping everything together instead of scattered across text conversations.

**READY FOR NEXT TIME**

Your child's everyday care information stays saved. The next time someone watches your child, there's no need to start from scratch.

Less explaining. Less last-minute preparation. More confidence for everyone caring for your child.

Creating and sharing handoffs requires a subscription. Caregivers can access shared information for free.

### 5/5 — Literally Every Parent Needs This App

*2026-10-27*

Just download it!!
Admittedly, I’m a pretty laid back, “just keep them alive” parent. However, whether it’s grandparents or a babysitter watching our kid, they can have literally as much information as they need to care for our child well. ALSO I LOVE the notifications! It’s so much better for me to get updates on my child’s day vs getting texts that I feel obligated to respond to. This app gives so much peace of mind!

### 5/5 — A perfect solution

*2026-10-10*

This has been great. We've been able to create our care cards and put all the information that we need for our daughter into that care card. It makes handoffs to different babysitters and family members so easy because everything's already saved. We don't have to re-explain instructions, write anything down, or leave any long notes.

Whenever we do go out and have time away, we don't need to be contacted for any clarifications or small things because all the information's right there for the caregiver to access. It disappears once we're done with the session, which is incredible. It gives us peace of mind whenever we have to hire a babysitter, knowing they just don't have access to all of our kids' information.

It's been really incredible, and we've really enjoyed using it. My wife is a particularly anxious person whenever it comes to leaving our daughter with somebody else. The ability to get notifications that tasks are being done, bedtime's happening, or whatever is getting done has been really, really helpful. It has helped her put her mind a lot at ease, which helps put my mind more at ease.

Kudos to the Baby Brief team, and keep up the work!

### 5/5 — So easy and helpful!

Highly recommend if you leave your kiddo with caregivers often! It covers all bases and allows me to be super specific with my baby’s needs. I love that it gives me updates in real time and also allows me to make edits to the handoff if there is something that I want to add when I am out and about without my baby.

### 5/5 — Peace of Mind

*2026-10-05*

The app feels incredibly intentional and thoughtfully designed for parents who need to hand off their babies to different caregivers. It makes it easy to keep everything in one place—from feeding schedules to nighttime routines and all the little details a caregiver needs to know. It gives me peace of mind knowing whoever is caring for my baby has all the information they need. Such a helpful tool for parents and caregivers!
