### 2/5 — Would be great if it worked

*2026-07-25, version 13.23*

We got this app at the suggestion of our doula, who liked that she could be added as a caregiver. The app features and categories are useful, but it frequently deletes entries that we’ve made. It’s annoying for diapers since that info is needed for the pediatrician, but it’s infuriating for pumped milk amounts. I’m trying to keep track of supply and doing all of the work of pumping and logging at all hours of the day and night and entries will disappear from one feed to the next. Do not recommend for that reason.

### 5/5 — Life changing

*2026-07-11*

Keeps the guess work out of when to feed, when to bath them, when to pump since they track it all

### 2/5 — Customer service lacking for bug issues

*2026-07-09*

Latest update is causing issues of time on my husband’s android device. We have been using the app for 9 months now - but customer service insists it’s because of my Apple device auto time setting (despite us using the app with no issue until literally this latest release). If this continues, will have to abandon the app and begin using a new once since these developers and customer service employees can’t communicate.

### 5/5 — Amazing app!

*2026-06-28, version 13.22*

I love this app. I’ve been using it for almost a decade now. Brightwheel doesn’t even come close.

### 5/5 — Second kid love it

*2026-06-27, version 13.22*

This is our second time using it. We love it so much.

### 5/5 — Me facilitó 100% todo

*2026-06-23, version 13.19*

### 5/5 — Sleep saver

*2026-06-22, version 13.19*

I downloaded this app in the hospital right after baby was born. We love it. Bare minimum the app saves me from waking my wife to ask when baby last fed. We also have peace of mind with the 24hr feed tracker. Helps us stay in the oz range we want to be in.

### 5/5 — I love it!

*2026-06-21, version 13.19*

Amazing app to help keep track of your baby’s day to day life. I use it for her drs visits

### 5/5 — Best baby app ever!

*2026-06-20, version 13.19*

After using this for my two kids for over four years, there is no other baby app I will recommend to my friends!

### 5/5 — Excellent tracker

*2026-06-17*

Great for family use as a Nanna that loves to help care for our grandaughter it makes babysitting a breeze keeping us all informed.

### 5/5 — Best tracking app

*2026-06-15, version 13.19*

With my daughter she would get constipated and doctors asked me to track her bowel movements, this app made it easy to coordinate with the nanny as well as our family when it came to diaper changes. We are also able to keep track of meds and times. Vaccinations etc .. is a great app

### 5/5 — Easy to use and helps keep sanity

*2026-06-14, version 13.19*

Super easy to use when you are in survival mode with no sleep. Tracking is very important!

### 5/5 — Great way to be a team

*2026-06-13, version 13.19*

Not only a good way to track and log info for later review, but an essential tool for good parental teamwork.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-06-11, version 13.19*

Great. Love all the options and tracking.

### 4/5 — Could be better

*2026-06-04, version 13.18*

Would be a lot better if there was an administrator/teacher view vs parent. It allows anyone to edit whatever has been entered for sleep or meals instead of it just showing as an update on the parents end.

### 5/5 — First time mom

*2026-06-04, version 13.19*

I have to say this has been the best thing though a bit complicated when you are first using still 100% have recommended. Will use for my next child

### 2/5 — Навязчиво просят отзыв

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2026-06-01*

Great app for parents! Used with our first and second baby. Great for keeping track of feedings whether you are breastfeeding(which side you are on) or giving formula, both, pumping, diapers, Doctor visits, shots, height, weight, etc, milestones, notes, medicine, sleep, naps...you name it this app is great! You can even look back by looking at the list for each one, say you need to catch up in your baby book, just look back at when baby completed the milestones to put in your baby book, and any notes you made! It's wonderful! Or preparing for next baby, you can look back and see how many diapers you went through! I recommend to all our friends having a baby! Not to mention the fact that it will sync between whoever is using it(both parents, or grandparents that have it and watch baby).

My kids are older now and I still keep the app and have used it to track growth!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — 11 years then they want subscription

*2026-06-29, version 13.23*

Had this app and used it for 11 years. Now all of a sudden it does not work and they demand a subscription.

### 1/5 — Stop asking me to rate it

*2026-06-04, version 13.19*

Really useful app for raising a child, but I have been nagged for over a year to rate the app.

Fine, now I’m rating the app. Stop annoying your users.

### 1/5 — Forced rating

*2026-05-22, version 13.16*

Stopped working if I didn’t rate the app. So be it.

### 1/5 — Stopped working

*2026-05-12, version 13.14*

I was paying for a subscription for this app, it was extremely helpful, then all of a sudden it stopped working.

### 1/5 — Way too expensive for the glitches!

*2026-04-07, version 13.8*

Does not notify me and my parents of messages when we all have our notifications on?! Very disappointed!

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-03-29, version 13.8*

This app sucks. It CONSTANTLY has sync issues.

### 1/5 — Incorrect syncing

*2026-02-26*

The app is unable to sync correctly across devices

### 1/5 — Now uses AI

*2025-12-23, version 13.0*

People, get a doctor. Don’t just ask an AI what to feed your 3 month old, in the middle of the night cuz you’re exhausted or shy. Don’t use this. I don’t even care if it works well now… it will not stay that way.

AI will be less overseen, as more employees are fired. You already have to check baby formula for heavy metals, expirations & “not approved by the FDA”. Don’t let an AI lie to YOU personally.

### 1/5 — The last place I want AI is in a baby tracking app!

*2025-12-19, version 13.0*

Who was asking for AI features in this app? What a terrible idea.

### 1/5 — Stealing money

*2025-12-19*

I bought this app over 10 years ago with my first child. I loved using it. I have 3 children and now about to have my 4th. I went to go make a profile for the new baby and I have to pay a subscription all of a sudden to add a kid? This developer should really rethink their fees. You can't state in your user agreement when we bought it that we would be charged a one time fee to use the app unlimited and then be like, "just kidding! Now You can't add anymore of your children because we got greedy and now will charge for each new kid...every month!" If we bought it in full as a onetime fee, you should honor those terms to those users and be able to add as many children as we have, like you originally stated. If there is a completely new user that has never bought the app, I understand charging a subscription, but to the OG users who paid for the app they should not have to pay a subscription on top of a one time fee. This developer is a thief.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very helpful to record all baby’s activities.

*2026-08-19, version 13.31*

I like every feature the app provides. One feature I would add: Let user define new labels under “Activities” like when user is in the “Bath” session. I need to record neck stretching times for my baby but you can only define custom labels under “Bath”. So, that’s what I have been doing. But I think same feature should be available under “Activities “ as well. But overall, great app!!!

### 5/5 — Strongly recommend

*2026-08-14*

As a Newborn Care Specialist, I use this app regularly and strongly recommend it to parents, caregivers, and nannies. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything a baby needs throughout the day, including feeding, sleep, diapers, doctor visits, bottle feeding, tummy time playtime, and developmental milestones.
One of my favorite features is that it’s also incredibly helpful for breastfeeding and pumping moms. You can track pumping sessions and keep track of your stored breast milk, so you always know how much milk you have stashed away. That can be such a helpful tool for moms who are building a freezer supply or managing pumped milk.
It’s also great for tracking potty training, playdates, baby’s first tooth, tummy time, developmental milestones, and so much more. Having everything organized in one place makes communication between parents, nannies, and other caregivers so much easier.
As a Newborn Care Specialist, I truly appreciate how comprehensive and user friendly this app is. I strongly recommend it to new parents, pumping and breastfeeding moms, nannies, and childcare professionals. It’s like having a complete record of your baby’s daily routine and milestones all in one place!

### 5/5 — Best tracker app out there

*2026-08-10, version 13.29*

I tried a bunch. This is the one. Love it. Still using it 6 years on.

### 5/5 — Parent to twins

*2026-08-07, version 13.27*

This app has been absolutely crucial for us as we navigate parenting twins! We track sleep, feeds, and diapers. Grandparents and other relatives who are regular helpers in our lives are added as caretakers and can seamlessly jump in to help with this app in place. They also love to “spy” on the app when they’re not with us and see how the girls are sleeping and eating. We love it and can’t imagine trying to keep track of things without it!

### 5/5 — Must have as a new parent!

*2026-08-03*

Love this app, as first time parents who got off to a rocky start with our son this app is a life saver! Being able to log everything down so we both know what’s going on. Bonus of just being able to show the midwives or health visitor the app when they ask about wet nappies, feeds etc.
Please add lock screen widgets.

### 5/5 — Organized and Simple yet Comprehensive

*2026-07-30, version 13.27*

I love how simple it is to log items yet there are so many items you could log if you want to. I regularly log diapers, feeds and sleep but I can add in medicine, weight, temperature and notes to help keep track of everything. I love also being able to see the last month and compare everything to see trends. Love it!

### 5/5 — Great for both parents

*2026-07-23, version 13.23*

We have loved the app because both my husband and I are able to update information. Also, the comparative graphs help me to keep track with how I am progressing pumping

### 5/5 — Can’t live without it

*2026-07-17, version 13.23*

It’s so critical. Especially so all of our baby’s caregivers can seamlessly know feeding and wake windows

### 5/5 — Awesome first baby's app

*2026-07-16, version 13.23*

Love it

### 5/5 — Weekly updates

*2026-07-14, version 13.23*

The weekly updates are very helpful!
