Just one excercise

It’s cute but it says “exercises” - plural - and there’s only one game. I’m disappointed by that.

This app is sooo amazing

Baby exiting the app whenever she touches the ipad, really annoying. Good concept but not sure we are getting the tummy time benefits.

FAQ

What does the Baby Exercises: Tummy Time app do?

This app is designed to make tummy time more engaging and beneficial for babies. It uses high-contrast visuals of a moving caterpillar and spatial audio to encourage babies to lift their heads and follow objects with their eyes, thus exercising their neck muscles and aiding cognitive development.

What are the key features of this app?

Key features include high-contrast monochromatic visual patterns optimized for infant eyesight, positional rattle sounds for auditory stimulation, a camera mode allowing babies to see themselves, and a timer to track tummy time duration. These features are designed to help babies reach developmental milestones.

Is this app free to use?

The app is free to download and use, but it offers in-app purchases. This means that while the core functionality is available without cost, there may be additional features or content that can be unlocked through payment.

What are the benefits of using this app for my baby?

Using this app during tummy time can help your baby develop crucial skills such as holding their head up, following objects with their eyes, and turning their head towards sounds. These are important physical and cognitive milestones recommended by organizations like the CDC.

How can I use the app with my baby?

You can place your baby on their tummy with the app playing in front of them to encourage neck muscle exercise. Alternatively, you can hold your baby and have them track the moving caterpillar on the screen. The camera mode also allows babies to focus on their own reflection, adding another layer of engagement.
