修复了其他有声音的app打断后不能用必须重启的问题，不过仍需切换回安睡宝以继续，留待以后版本优化。
根据建议把声音结尾做了淡出，不会嘎然而止。
继续缩小了体积，增强稳定性，操作界面优化，重新做的帮助界面更清晰易懂。

* 我的个人使用场景是在较暗的房间里抱着宝宝走动并开着这个app，通常自动的第一二阶段就能入睡，然后放床上继续播    放第三阶段巩固睡眠，如果效果不明显的爸妈可以试试组合各种方式。
