Hi,
I opened this app one time and didn’t want my kid to play it. So I deleted it. Unbeknownst to me I was charged for a yearly subscription because had a linked card. I downloaded it in July, it’s October, that’s how long it’s been since my home wifi got shut off. It got shut off because of this charge. Due to this charge I didn’t have enough money to get pay the bill therefore I couldn’t access anything internet related I.e. SUBSCRIPTIONS. Now I can’t even request a refund from Apple and I haven’t found a way to contact the developer since their website has expired. I don’t know what to do but I’m not ok with a game for a two year old costing $40/year let alone the sheer lack of energy put into it…I came I saw I ran away and for that I’ve been subjected to a huge rigamarole of inability to contact support and attempt to resolve it. The only thing I can think to try is lie to the selection process for Apple support but oh guess what I can’t download their app because I refuse to update my card info til it’s sorted since I already paid for it. This type of developer should be banned from the store not allowed to regurgitate more poorly developed in app purchase apps. The ability to put a disclaimer in a drop down menu and then charge someone should at the very least require continued usage. I’m beyond annoyed. Respond back with contact information in the amount of time your trial period is or so help me I’m gonna slam you on bbb and then when you get back to me there, regardless of repayment I’m never taking it down. In fact I’ll set an alarm daily and post it again from a different account. You have 48 hours.

Hemos pagado para desbloquear el juego y sigue exactamente igual que cuando no habíamos pagado vamos bloqueado pero bien que lo cobraron ya. Solicito que desboquen el juego ya que hemos pagado y así mi hija lo podrá utilizar. Si no lo desbloquean es un robo yo lo compre por qué a mi hija le gusto mucho pero si llego a saber que me cobran y no lo desbloquean.........no lo compro

I have purchased this app and unlocked all levels, I cannot get it to download onto my iPad with this purchase and it has been removed off all devices. App support is not working and there is no where to email direct from the app.
I am really disappointed as my little girl has really enjoyed it hence unlocking the further levels but for £2.99 and now not having the app on any device with the extra levels it’s an absolute waste of money.

Nul, j’ai voulu acheté la version complète mais tout les mini jeux sont encore bloqué alors que j’ai acheté la version complète pour les débloquer . Je trouve ça inadmissible, grosse arnaque.

The game does keep my toddler entertained. However, for the price, I assumed more games/options would be available. It’s a bit misleading as I thought the additional games advertised would be included, but it’s not. Do not recommend purchasing.

So the demo which is already free is the only part that can family share because they made the whole game an in app purchase... it’s a cute game but not worth paying for it more than once. At 3$ purchase to open the game it should have more available to play my 3 yr old got through all levels in a few hours. Since it can’t be shared with the family I don’t think it’s a great deal to many other games that teach more than matching shape color or size.
