Wow, that is honestly kind of pathetic… 😓 Also it feels kind of sleazy that the only way to try it out is to subscribe first in order to get a three day free trial. I’m guessing they expect you to forget about it so that the subscription renews automatically, which is pretty dirty. **Developer response:** Hello Leslie, sorry for the problems you are having with our app. We have fixed the error you have been facing. I cancelled the subscription right away and the third party app (developer) refused to refund.
