Create a baby profile with name, date of birth, gender, and premature status, then save daily records as your baby grows. The app is designed for manual logging, personal reference, and easier review during daily care or doctor visits. Key features: • Growth Records Save weight, length, and head circumference. View growth trends by weekly, monthly, or yearly range. For babies from birth to 24 months, the app can show reference percentile comparisons using bundled WHO growth chart data published by CDC/NCHS. • Daily Care Log Record feeding, diaper changes, naps, and night sleep. Add breastfeeding, bottle feeding, formula, or solid food notes with amount and duration. Save wet, dirty, or mixed diaper logs with color or texture notes. • Sleep Pattern Log naps and night sleep, then review recent sleep totals and a simple sleep pattern chart. • Care Diary Keep temperature entries, medicine notes, symptoms, allergies, illness history, doctor visit notes, and parent notes together for personal reference. • Vaccination Records Save vaccine names, due dates, completed dates, visit notes, and optional reminders.
