Waste of money. ### 1/5 — Does it work? *2025-09-29* I just downloaded the app and paid for premium but the app won’t even open correctly. Every time I open it, I get a spinning wheel and a message that says internal error. So either fix the error or refund me my money ### 2/5 — Why so much? *2026-03-10* I just downloaded the app and instead of the $50 I was charged $76 for the yearly subscription. The leap was help to know separation anxiety starts now. It explains why I can leave her for a quick minute like I used too. ### 3/5 — Age *2025-10-21* I enjoy the app and how it gives ideas on what to help your baby with but my main problem is it doesn’t accurately give the baby’s age or accurately track with the baby’s age. It shows my baby is 2 months old when she is 3 months old and is giving me activities for a 23-25 week old baby. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you so much for flagging the issue related to the app showing incorrect age for your baby. It looks like the baby’s date of birth was entered in the MM/DD/YYYY format instead of DD/MM/YYYY, which caused the app to calculate the age incorrectly. To correct it, please click on the settings page (top left corner of the homepage) -> Click on 'Profile' -> Click on 'Edit profile' -> Click on the calendar icon to change the date -> Save it. If you still face any difficulties, let us know at rohit@coozy.club and we will do it for you from the backend. We completely agree that this is a UX gap on our end - we’re already working on improving the date input experience so that this confusion doesn’t happen again in the future. You were right - earlier versions used male pronouns, but we’ve now updated everything to be fully gender-neutral (“They”).
