Pass. ### 1/5 — GARBAGE *2023-07-02* This app is garbage. You can’t rotate the image so you can’t see the whole view. Also, it keeps getting stuck on the subscription page and won’t let you into the app until you make a purchase. Then even if you click “your 3 day trial hasn’t been claimed. Click here to claim” it charged my account $53. Now I have to fight with apple to get a refund. You can’t even zoom in/out, so the cam has to practically be on top of the baby. I decided to give it a try, and since I wasn’t crazy about it I was going to cancel my trial. Forgot to do so, of course. Requested a refund, maybe 2 days in, and got denied. Claiming this purchase is not eligible for refund…huge question mark! What exactly would make it available for a refund? What I do know if that they imply it's a free app, and then hit you with the costs when it's installed; and ask "users" to give them a rating before they've even set up. Don't like either of things. They do offer a 3-day free trial, but requires you to actively leave or else you'll start being charged. Again, a practice I don't like.
