Now whenever I try to use it the ads are constant. The format is wonderful but the ads make this app suck ### 2/5 — Keeps crashing *2025-11-10, version 15.0* I wanted to let the developers know that this is consistently crashing and it was an awesome app I loved it. I do wish there were more than three names you might also like suggested per name page (not that those provided ever seem particularly related anyway). I think all around Nameberry’s website does everything this app tries to do better. Few years ago they changed it and the information went to almost nothing, it was a bad joke. Few months ago some of the information went came back and I’m grateful for that, but I think it was still better 10 years ago and I don’t understand why they changed something that was so good to a mediocre app. ### 2/5 — Too many ads *2025-02-20, version 14.4.3* The number of ad interruptions makes this app useless. The origin and descriptions are great. Anyway, lately the app has been repeatedly crashing on me which is annoying... I think it happens due to the ads trying to open. I have found out that I have a name that is like insanely rare. And it’s not on here, it’s great but could you do your research a bit better? Gets stuck like that indefinitely until you force close app. Surprised to see something this poorly done in 2026. I immediately uninstalled. ### 1/5 — Disgusting and innapropriate ad content *2026-02-07, version 15.0* I was clicking through the app to familiarize myself. 30 seconds in I see some sort of game ad with a block of Swiss cheese filled with maggots. Why would you ever put that on an app, let alone one that pregnant women with morning sickness are browsing? I put no other filters, but no names were found for either gender. I downloaded this app specifically for rare name ideas but I don't think it can be used for that.
