Baby-Phone is a fun app for kids. It allows children to make mock calls from any iOS devices with some very funny ringtones. Finally you can hand over your IOS device without the fear of running up a huge phone bill. The pro version has the features of recording voice and allowing for playbacks after the child's recording is done.
