Terrible App
I am stuck with an app that I cannot use because it will store any photo you share with a third party AI vendor unless you contact support to delete that information. Constantly have to log into the app and it doesn’t work well. When I first got this app, I took a couple of photos, however, it began to say that I didn’t have access to several elements of the app unless I have a subscription so much so to where I thought I don’t have one. As a busy working first time mom, I completely forgot to triple check that I didn’t have a subscription and it just charged me a renewal. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused.

So our team can properly review your account, could you please email a screenshot of your Apple receipt and the Apple ID you used for the purchase to support@babypicsapp.com?
