Purchased app
When I got this app, it was a purchase which I spent my money on and purchased it now I can’t use it. It says it has expired because you want to do a money grab and get money every month ridiculous..
I paid and supported for years now useless behind a paywall.
I paid for full use of this app years ago. Recommended it to friends for years and years said it was worth paying for and how great it was. Now it’s all stuck behind a subscription paywall. Unacceptable.

I paid $9.99 for a lifetime purchase of this app several years ago. Now they’ve switched to a monthly subscription model and locked me out of my account. Extremely disappointing customer service.
No loyalty for the loyal users!
I have used this app for over 8 years with a lifetime subscription (pay once and never again) for full access to all stickers, templates, etc. So why all of a sudden do I have to pay a monthly subscription fee to keep the benefits that I already paid for? This is seriously disappointing and frankly disgusting. I’ve been using this app for many many years and even just the other day I was able to use my benefits to edit a photo so why the sudden change? Why punish the people who got the lifetime subscription when we’re the ones who have been using this app for the longest. I will no longer recommend this app to my friends and family since there is obviously no desire to keep loyal users coming back anymore.

Pagué mi suscripción por esta app, un solo pago y ahora cambian los términos y tengo que pagar para usarla cuando ya había pagado en el pasado.
