My 5yr old is so upset. This has ruined her Christmas. Ever time I got to hook up the app it freezes the doll too. I put in new batteries even though it comes with some. I have pulled them in and out hundreds of times. I have turned my phone on and off again. There is no way to get the app to work. For 100 bucks the doll should work better than this. Locking up and the app not working.
