As well as common relaxing sounds and lullabies, the Baby Soother provides a variety of low frequency sounds which are designed to simulate the comfort of the womb environment. These familiar sounds have proven calming effect, can stop babies crying and help them drift off to sleep. Choose from the different low frequency sounds, relaxing ambient noises or lullaby music. You can set it to play for hours or minutes. My grandbaby easily falls asleep to it. Great for old Nanas who are babysitting! ### 3/5 — Useful but a little buggy *2018-04-07* I’ve used this for a few weeks and although the sounds themselves work a treat at soothing our baby, there are some intermittent audio-related bugs in the app itself. The most notable are the sound suddenly stopping at the end of a timed session instead of fading out, or the sound suddenly starting when I unlock my phone. I’ve subsequently moved over to another similar app which works flawlessly and doesn’t blast white noise out at full volume when I unlock my phone in the middle of the night. ### 1/5 — Worst *2017-12-20* While I was using the app to put my baby to sleep, it started beeping (to rate the app) 20 mins into it!
