### 4/5 — Love the app

*2026-03-21, version 5.02.01*

I love this app. I have a strong preference for the navigation buttons at the bottom you were experimenting with. It feels far more consistent with every other app on my phone.

Also, I’d love a dark mode icon for the Home Screen.

Still love that this app isn’t trying to add in AI recommendations or developmental recommendations. It’s focused on tracking, and that serves it well.

### 4/5 — New UI update not accessible

*2026-01-14, version 5.0*

I have used this app for my first and second child. Absolutely helpful and necessary for me to keep track of all baby thins. The new UI update however is awful. It is harder to read, there is literally red text inside green box (no one in Eng or design checked for accessibility??) this will impact color blind users negatively. Color contrast is worse and as a result information looks less clear overall. With all the color blocks, there are too many CTAs I can feel my eyes searching for what to press when it should be a smooth experience like it was. It’ll take some getting used to but really fix the a11y issues…

### 4/5 — Great Tracking App

*2026-01-12, version 5.0*

This app is great for tracking everything Baby and the pediatrician is always so impressed how much data we have. I just wish it had an option to track a bottle that is part expressed milk and part formula so it didn’t show as 2 feedings.

### 4/5 — Easy Data Input, Wish reports on data output were more useful

*2025-12-25, version 4.42*

Easy to use but if you want to search an event or need to analyze the data the reports could be improved

### 3/5 — Ok

*2025-12-02, version 4.42*

The app is useful and that it syncs between multiple devices. When I am away from home and my spouse logs a bottle or sleeping, etc. I get the notification and it allows me to keep up-to-date with what’s happening with the baby. The milestone section is completely useless, who cares the total number of diaper changes? Or total number of feedings? Actually useful milestones Like max time between feedings or sleep do not appear. Finally, my biggest gripe with the app is that the profile picture at the top is enormous, while the actual buttons that you continually press to log items all day long are extremely tiny and at the corners of the screen. This means that while you are holding and juggling a baby and trying to log things on the app, the buttons are hard to reach with one hand and you’re constantly accidentally selecting the profile picture. Overall, the app really needs to improve on usability and practicality, but I’m very grateful that the app has a full purchase option rather than subscription and we log everything on this app so it has been extremely useful despite my criticism.

### 3/5 — Was Great at First

*2025-05-18, version 4.42*

I loved the app, but now it’s not letting me edit my log anymore. When I go to the review page there is no longer a break down of items logged and I am unable to click on the day to edit anything.

### 4/5 — App has been great for years, but widget and watch options lack tracking categories.

*2025-05-14, version 4.42*

Met our baby tracking needs for years between caregivers, but now wish we could use widget and watch app for medication, etc. Our kids are all over 5 now, and we’ve used this app for so long and family is used to it so it works alright for tracking medications, symptoms, temp now, just not as convenient with the things we use most not in the widget or watch app.

### 3/5 — Missing Siri shortcut

*2025-04-17, version 4.42*

Switching from the sprout baby app and am missing a Siri shortcut for recording diapers. Please add that 🙏🏻

### 5/5 — Indispensable avec les multiples

*2025-02-13*

### 4/5 — Apple Watch shortcut

*2025-02-11, version 4.40*

Would be great if you can add a shortcut icon to an Apple Watch. Most apps have this. Clicking crown, scrolling to the app, clicking, is annoying. First world problems…

### 5/5 — No data tracking

*2024-12-19, version 4.38*

Worth every cent your data is not tracked but your brain is free from remembering all of those feeds and nappy changes. Great for team work for the parents.

### 5/5 — Absolute lifesaver

*2024-10-10, version 4.37*

This is the definitive baby data logger. We’ve used it every day since my bub was born. Just when I think I have the app sussed out I find a new feature. Apple Watch and Siri integration is fantastic. Being able to log events from my wrist of a voice command is a life saver. I even had events mapped to menu items selectable from the action button on my 15 Pro

As a bonus - no data collection! Well worth the money over the free version.

### 4/5 — A couple more things would make it perfect

*2024-10-09, version 4.37*

It’s a great app, I love that my husband and I can both track everything baby related. However I wish it wouldn’t take me into the app when I use the island feature of my iphone to pause or start a feed. I would also wish to start/stop/pause with having to unlock my phone.

### 5/5 — Génial pour le suivi en couple

*2024-10-01*

### 5/5 — The best app for moms

*2024-09-26, version 4.37*

I’ve used this for my two babies. With my first one I used it religiously. It is really helpful especially with your first baby.

### 5/5 — Look no further!

*2024-08-02, version 4.36*

I’ve used this tracker for more than two years now, initially with my first born and now with my second. The app is super easy to navigate, has lots of customisations and has an easy to use widget. It is seamless between devices and can be used by multiple care givers without any glitches. The customer service is also excellent. I recommend this app to all care givers who are looking for an easy app to use to track all things baby related.

### 5/5 — Amazing app and support

*2024-07-18, version 4.35*

It is so easy to use this app, the watch app, and to sync with family or share a filtered report (using the tag parameters) for a doula or doctor. We used the free one for the first month and then decided to get the watch app too so switched to this one. Support was super helpful in getting our account moved over when I made a mistake, too. Can’t say enough good stuff about this!

### 5/5 — ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

*2024-06-27, version 4.35*

I have been using this app since baby #1 in 2016. I honestly don’t know why parents would try to go at caring for a newborn without tracking. When I say never, I mean NEVER did I not know what my baby needed. Even as a first time mom 8yrs ago. The tracker gives me the data to see feeding, sleeping, diaper patterns and I literally never experienced the nightmare of a screaming baby that you don’t know how to soothe and you are aimlessly trying random things. With my first 2 babies, my husband and I worked opposite shifts instead of putting the kids in any kind of daycare or with a sitter. We both had the tracker on our phones (his android, mine iPhone) and we could see how things were going. I would also log what I was pumping at work. We logged medicine intake when baby was sick and even the daily vitamin D drop so I could easily see if I missed a day. We logged growth stats and vaccines at checkups and I can see their growth curve myself. I don’t think I really logged milestones, but there is a place for that too. I would always use the diaper averages and feeding oz averages at doctors appointments when they ask how many wet diapers a day, how many oz of milk. It is all right there at your finger tips. I used the app once they started eating regular food to track what they had. If there was an allergy situation it would be quite clear what they had had any given day. Now that baby #3 is a little over a year, I am only entering when he sleeps into the app. A widget pops up on my Lock Screen so I can quickly glance at it and see “oh he’s been napping for an hour and 40min, he’ll be waking up any time now.” I attribute this app and having a consistent sleep environment/routine since birth to all 3 of my babies being easy and mellow. No tantrums or inconsolable babies in this house! With any tracking device, you have to put the effort in to get the benefits. Of course at times there was grumbling about having to enter the data (especially from my husband) but in the long run knowledge has been power and I am so so thankful for Baby Tracker Pro. I did start out with the free version and then upgrade to pro. While it was a little bit of a struggle to get the data to transfer, I did manage to do it. Don’t hesitate, get this app!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Having issue

*2026-05-24, version 5.02.03*

The widget and the actual app isn’t working properly. On the app it’s showing the right thing but the widget isn’t showing the same

### 1/5 — Good app - but it won’t share with family

*2024-08-02, version 4.36*

A shame this company wants both parents to pay for the app even if they’re in a family.

Danke. Ansonsten funktioniert immer alles perfekt!

### 1/5 — Siri Shortcuts are completely broken

*2022-12-24, version 4.27*

I just paid $5 for the Pro version to get the Siri Shortcuts feature so my wife won’t have to reach her phone to record nursing. But lo and behold, the Siri Shortcuts are completely broken. Only 3 actions are available in Shortcuts: Add Expressed, Add Formula, and Add Pumping. Where are all the rest of the actions for nursing timer, diaper changes, medicine and so on? This is completely broken.

I can’t believe they’re luring people in to buy the Pro version for the advertised Siri Shortcuts feature while it’s in fact not working at all. It’s unethical!

### 1/5 — Useless UI

*2022-09-11, version 4.26*

We purchased the app 4 years ago. As such we don’t use the app as much as we used to and each time the UI changes when we use the app. It’s gotten to the point now I’ve tried to add a temperature reading and medicine and I can’t because I don’t understand the UI! It’s no longer intuitive. This is coming from someone who tests software for a living.

### 1/5 — Interval alarm doesn’t work - waste of money

*2022-06-26, version 4.26*

The alarm suppose to have an interval version that alarms certain hours interval from last of the event (eg a feed or medicine). But instead of counting set internal from the last event, it always counts from now. Ie, last feed was 2hours ago and interval is 3hours, expect the alarm to ring in an hour, but the app can only do alarm in 3hour time from now(and not from last feed)

*2021-12-28, version 4.23*

### 1/5 — Not syncing

*2021-06-23, version 4.18*

The data is not syncing with my wife.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Must Have for New Parents

*2026-05-11, version 5.02.03*

Amazing app, this app literally is a life saver. I did not know how my wife and I are going to keep track of our baby's feeding, and this app helped us!!
But amazingly it also has diaper tracker, sleep tracker, and pumping tracker. My wife and I both have it and we keep a log to know what we both did.
If you are a new parent, get this app!

### 5/5 — Überaus empfehlenswert

*2026-01-18*

All in 1, sehr durchdacht, uns mangelt es an nichts.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. It has been shared with our design team. The layout change was made to align with the latest iOS system format. But we continue to review and improve the new version. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us through Email Support in the app Settings. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Great app, could use a little modernization

*2025-11-14, version 4.42*

App works great. It’s fast, and the data is flexible if you want to export or transfer it. Also love the purchase model over subscribing.
The app could use some modernization with the icon. It doesn’t have a dark icon, and it hasn’t been updated for iOS 26. It’s really standing out on my Home Screen, and in a bad way.
I’d also love to see nap projections of sleep is logged.
Haven’t been as happy with an app in a while. It’s refreshing.

### 5/5 — Cloud based data base allows multiple users.

*2025-11-09, version 4.42*

This app is well designed and easy to use. Highly recommended to keep track of all the data relative to what your pediatrician needs and more. Update: we are still using this app 3 years later!

### 5/5 — First 2 yrs

*2025-10-11, version 4.42*

Thanks.

### 5/5 — Worthy app!

*2025-07-02, version 4.42*

Love using this app so much. The variety in graph types is so useful and we love being able to just check the app rather than remember when the last nappy change was, or how much has been given via a bottle. Occasional syncing issues between my paid version and my husband’s lite version. Apple Watch app could do with some work - only able to track things as they happen rather than log things from earlier that day. Would also be useful to be able to track solids for when baby starts, especially for tracking possible allergens.

### 5/5 — Been using since 2020

*2025-05-22, version 4.42*

I have been using this app since our first son was born in Jan 2020. Now it’s May 2025 and I am still using it. I love it and its capabilities! I have used the features on my iwatch with all three kids and even share the app with the grandparents which allows them to see when baby is sleeping and us when they are watching the baby when the baby last ate, sleep etc. just a well thought out app and it has helped me tremendously when comparing all three of our boys and when they changed eating habits etc.

### 5/5 — Invaluable for New Parents – Plus Amazing Support

*2025-05-04, version 4.42*

We’ve used Baby Tracker every day since bringing our newborn home, and it’s been a game-changer. The app makes it so easy to track feeds, sleep, and nappies — and syncing between parents helps us stay in sync during those sleepless early days. The support team went above and beyond to help us share the Pro version via Family Sharing. Truly one of the most useful and parent-friendly apps out there. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Good app

*2025-04-30, version 4.42*

I did like the app both options but I definitely hate (pardon my language) its settings. It’s extremely difficult to navigate personal information, even for logging out or delete the account. At least The basics to keep tracking on our babies activities are good

### 5/5 — Easy, simple, non-subscription

*2025-04-16*

Firstly , thank you developer! This app is helping us a lot. I know there is a non-pro app for free, but i just wanted to buy the pro app to express my appreciation👍

- easy-to-follow UI. Specially during night, you won’t suffer from looking for which button to tap.

- data sync helps me and my partner to collaborate

- non-subscription payment. I could pay for just this reason.
