AI診断中のまま、結果が出ない。それでもハートは減るので、使えない

**Developer response:** ご迷惑をおかけし、申し訳ありません。「解析中のまま結果が出ないのに、ハートだけ減ってしまう」件は、ご指摘をいただいた後修正対応し、現在のアプリでは直っています。いまは結果が出なかったとき、ハートは減りません。解析も以前より速く、途中で止まりにくくなりました。よろしければ最新版でもう一度お試しください。もしまた同じことが起きたら、アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」から教えていただけると、すぐにお調べします。

ずっと分析中。広告も多い。

**Developer response:** 貴重なご意見をありがとうございます。ご指摘いただいた分析時間につきまして改善を行い、いまのアプリでは、結果が出るまでの時間をぐっと短くし、電波が不安定な場所でも途中で止まりにくくしました。広告の出方も見直して、待ち時間を減らしています。よろしければ、最新版で試していただけるとうれしいです。

まずアプリを開いたら広告、診断後にまた広告、さらに3回診断するとライフを回復するために更に1分の広告と広告だらけです。今まさに赤ちゃんが泣いているところで1分間待たされるのはかなりイライラします。
更にマガポケの一部の作品の広告ですが育児系にはあまり相応しくないエロを示唆する内容になっているのも考えものです。
内容の正確性については疑問です。「お腹が痛い」と出てるのに結局は「お腹がすいた」だったり、連続でやっても結果が違ったり…。産後1ヶ月ほど参考までに使わせていただきましたが、もう使わないと思います。

**Developer response:** 率直なご意見をありがとうございます。「今まさに赤ちゃんが泣いているのに、広告で待たされる」というお気持ちはもっともで、深く反省しています。いまのアプリでは広告の回数とタイミングを見直し、初めて使うときには画面いっぱいの広告が出ないようにしました。広告はアプリを無料で続けるために必要なものですが、「今すぐ知りたい」場面の邪魔をしない形をこれからも探していきます。また、広告コンテンツについても制御を加えて、相応しくない広告が出ないように修正をしております。
分析結果につきましても、以前はAIの学習が不十分だった点もありましたが、足元では学習も進んできており、精度も上がってきております。お力になれずに大変申し訳ありませんでしたが、貴重なご意見を頂けましたこと、改めて御礼申し上げます。

「不快」とは、赤ちゃんが周囲の環境や体の状態により感じる不快感を指しています。例えば、汚れたおむつやきつい服、温度変化、明るい光や大きな音などが原因になることがあります。赤ちゃんが泣く理由を分かりやすくお伝えするために努めていますが、さらに改善が必要だと実感しました。

また、みみみらはら様のご意見を踏まえ、AIの解析内容について詳細説明ページをアプリ内に追加しました。

お腹が痛い と 不快 しかほぼ出ませんでした
確かに初めて使った時は泣き方が強かったし抱っこしても泣き止まずだったので本当にお腹痛いと思うぐらいだったけど、試しに絶対違うと分かってる時(いつも通り、眠い・抱っこして欲しい時の声)にやってもお腹が痛いって出て
場合によってはただでさえなんで泣くかわからなくてどっか体調悪いのかと焦ってるのに、不安を煽られるだけかもと思いました。
